Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Cedar Bridge Pro Limited website and any account you create on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
About us
Cedar Bridge Pro Limited is a company providing customer experience and service culture training, based in Trinity Plaza, Ring Road III, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. You can reach us at hello@cedarbridgepro.com or +234 814 138 6374.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the organisation you name.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service, break these terms, or break the law.
Booking requests
This is the important part, so we will be plain about it:
- Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. It places no obligation on either of us.
- A booking becomes binding only when we confirm the scope, dates and fees with you in writing. The status shown in your dashboard reflects where your request has got to.
- Fees are quoted per engagement, since every programme is scoped to the organisation. Any budget range you give us is indicative and is not an offer or a quote.
- Where training is delivered at your premises, you are responsible for the venue, access and a suitable environment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Cancelling a request in your dashboard withdraws it. Once an engagement is confirmed in writing, the cancellation terms of that written agreement apply instead.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Cedar Bridge name and logo, the CARE framework, the SERVICE principles, our customer journey and service metrics material, and all text and design, belongs to Cedar Bridge Pro Limited or its licensors.
Training materials we provide during an engagement are licensed to your organisation for its own internal use. You may not resell them, publish them, or use them to deliver training to third parties without our written permission.
You may view and print pages of this site for your own reference. Everything else needs our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or to send spam or unsolicited marketing
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its accounts or servers
- Interfere with the site's operation, or scrape it by automated means
- Submit anything false, misleading, abusive, or that infringes anyone's rights
Availability
We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
The site's content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Any decision you take based on it is your own.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Nigerian law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business or data arising from your use of this site.
Liability arising from a training engagement is governed by that engagement's written agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Please note:these policies are a starting point drafted for this website, not legal advice. Nigeria's data protection regime changed materially in 2025, and a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation (DPCO) should review them, and Cedar Bridge's registration position, before you rely on them.
